The Sims Building Fund for The Kevin K. and Judith L. Sims Educational Center (S063)

The Sims Building Fund shall be used for but not limited to: Add to the facility, Modify the facility, Maintain the facility, Improve the facility The term “facility” refers to the Kevin K. and Judith L. Sims Educational Center. The terms Improve, Add, Modify, and Maintain are not meant to include the ordinary maintenance that would normally occur in support of the building and facility. The purpose of the fund is to provide for the ongoing updates, improvements, equipment, remodeling, and possible emergency repairs to the existing structure, allowing Olivet Nazarene University to accomplish what it could not accomplish without the Sims Building Fund. With this gift, the Donor is creating a permanent Sims Building Fund for the benefit of The Kevin K. and Judith L. Sims Educational Center on the campus of Olivet Nazarene University.
